Yes. Every piece at Sthetix In Stone is individually handcrafted from natural marble. As a result, no two pieces are identical.
2. Will the product look exactly like the pictures?
Because marble is a natural stone and each product is handcrafted:

- Veining patterns will differ
- Textures and detailing may slightly vary
- Minor dimensional differences may occur
These variations are natural characteristics and not defects.
3. Do you mass-produce your products?
No. We specialize in unique, handcrafted marble décor and utility pieces. Production is not industrial or factory-standardized in appearance.
4. Where are your products made?
Our products are designed and dispatched from Mumbai, while manufacturing and stone crafting are carried out in Rajasthan using Indian and imported marbles.
5. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We do not offer returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Natural marble variations
- Minor handcrafted differences
Returns or replacements are considered only in case of verified transit damage, subject to our 0% Breakage Guarantee Policy.
6. What is the 0% Breakage Guarantee?
At Sthetix In Stone, we understand that marble requires careful handling. Every product is individually inspected, securely cushioned, and professionally packed to minimize movement and absorb impact during transit.

In the rare event of transit damage, we responsibly review the case and offer replacement or refund consideration in line with our Guarantee Policy
7. Why do you require a full unboxing video for damage claims?
Because marble is a natural stone and can be affected by impact, proper verification is essential in case of transit damage.
A clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video:
- Confirms the condition of the package at the time of opening
- Establishes that the damage occurred during transit
- Ensures fairness and transparency for both the customer and our brand
This process allows us to honor our 0% Breakage Guarantee responsibly and efficiently.
8. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery timelines vary depending on location. Tracking details are shared once dispatched.
9. Do you offer international shipping?
International shipping may be available. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.
10. How should I care for my marble product?
- Use a soft dry or slightly damp cloth for cleaning
- Avoid acidic cleaners or harsh chemicals
- Wipe spills immediately
- Avoid dropping or striking the piece

11. Are marble colour changes over time normal?
Yes. Natural marble may develop subtle patina or surface softening over time. This is part of the stone’s natural aging process and enhances authenticity.
12. Can I cancel a custom order?
Custom or made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once production begins and are non-refundable unless damaged during transit (subject to video requirement).
13. What if I receive a damaged package?
If the outer package appears damaged:
- Record the condition before opening
- Follow the full unboxing video requirement
- Report within 48 hours

14. Is marble fragile?
