Our Commitment

We guarantee that:

  • Every product is professionally packed using multi-layer protective cushioning.
  • Fragile marble pieces are secured to minimize movement during transit.
  • Larger or heavier pieces are reinforced appropriately.
  • Shipments are dispatched through reliable logistics partners experienced in handling delicate goods.

Signature Packaging

Each Sthetix In Stone creation is delivered in our Sthetix Signature Box, thoughtfully designed to protect and honour your handcrafted marble piece.
Every order is secured in reinforced transit packaging and carefully arranged within a refined signature box.
Whether gifted or kept, it belongs beautifully.

What 0% Breakage Guarantee Means

In the rare event that your product arrives damaged during transit, we will provide:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or
  • A refund, at our discretion.

You will not bear the financial loss for verified transit damage when the required claim protocol is followed.

In Case of Rare Transit Damage

If, in rare scenarios, the package appears damaged and the product inside seems affected, please comply with the following requirements to be eligible for replacement or refund consideration:

  • Record a clear, continuous, and unedited full unboxing video.

The video must:

  • Begin before the outer package is opened.
  • Clearly show the sealed package.
  • Show the entire unpacking process without cuts or pauses.
  • Clearly capture the damaged area.

The video must clearly show:

o   The sealed package

o   Outer packaging condition

o   Inner packaging

o   The product condition

Submit the video within 48 hours of delivery to:


Important:

  • Edited, cut, or incomplete videos will not be accepted.
  • Claims submitted after 48 hours from delivery will not be considered.
  • Photographs alone are insufficient without the full unboxing video.

What Is Not Covered

The 0% Breakage Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Damage caused after delivery.
  • Mishandling by the customer.
  • Improper storage.
  • Accidental drops or impact after receipt.
  • Slight Variations (These variations are not defects. Due to the handcrafted nature and the inherent qualities of natural marble stones, they are to be considered as natural characteristics of marble and part of the handcrafted uniqueness of each product) in the 

o   Dimensions, size, shape, and proportions 

o   Surface textures and finishes 

o   Design detailing

o   Marble colour tones, patterns, and veining will differ from piece to piece

Packaging Integrity Clause

This guarantee applies when:

  • The product is unpacked by the customer.
  • The original packaging is opened for the first time.
  • The full unboxing video requirement is fulfilled.

If the outer packaging appears visibly tampered or severely damaged at delivery, customers are advised to record the external condition before opening. 

Our Standard of Care

Each piece is:

  • Individually inspected before dispatch.
  • Professionally packed at our Mumbai facility.
  • Prepared for safe transit considering the weight and fragility of natural marble.

While marble can be vulnerable to forceful impact, our packaging systems are designed to prevent breakage under standard shipping conditions.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this guarantee is limited strictly to the purchase value of the product.

This guarantee does not extend to indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
